1.Please kindly remind that the snake is in fully charged condition.
2.Please kindly confirm whether the light of usb cable is light on when you are charging the snake.
3.kindly confirm that the remote control is in the power (powered by 3pcs button-cell batteries) when you use it to control the snake.
4.The most important is the on-frequency operation.(you can choose the A or B or C channel, and press the forward button on the frequency. If the frequency of failure ,you need to switch other channels, and then continue to button on the frequency until success, so that the snake will move up.)
